Responsibilities: 

• Provide short/ long-term strategic plans for the retails business and other
• business units.
• Create outline and action plans to align with CPN business directions and core values.
• Oversee the maintenance of safety, cleanliness and integrity of all areas in all buildings, systems and equipment for all property users.
• Manage the physical plant functions of property by overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance, housekeeping and security.
• Establish an effective working relationship with all store managers and other key merchants, including specialty tenants, to understand and drive sales.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to incubate and execute the business initiatives and drive towards the achievement of the plan.
• Identify area for business process improvement and ensure execution.
• Coordinate with the Business Development team for project feasibility study for new business or renovation project.
• Coordinate with various departments on ISO 9000 and ISO 14000.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree on related fields.
• 15 plus years of experience in property management and commercial retail property management.
• Background and experience in facility management with multi format shopping mall and chain shopping mall.
• Previous experience in shopping mall standard process designation.
• Strong understanding in shopping mall complexity, such as physical and
• manpower.
• Background in financial and asset management.
• Excellent command in English.
