Admin Documentation / Operation Admin (Bang Na)

Admin Documentation Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Record all the documents received from OE, CRD and from all source into Google Sheets
  • Track car keys movement
  • Track Blue Book
  • Respond to query on car key and documents
  • Tracking documents transfer the car and process documents with the Bank loan.
  • Tracking sends outside the documents
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Operation Admin Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Meet customer for transaction
  • Make settlement payment
  • Do ownership transfer from owner to Carsome TH
  • Check car condition before transaction
  • Check completeness of documents
  • Submit payment request for car payment to owner
  • Maintain a day to day record the document into CMS
  • Follow up on the document from banks/ financial institutions.
  • Maintain a day to day record of car movement on Google sheet of each job in an orderly
  • Owe relationships with each department, be a point of contact for Operations related issue.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Male or Female / Thai Nationality / Age not over 35 Years Old
  • Diploma in any field
  • Can communicate in English (Fair)
  • Familiar with Admin and Document Tasks
  • Secretarial Skill for typing and tracking data
  • Familiar with Google Platforms (Google Sheet /Excel)
  • Can work under pressure and can work overtime
  • Positive Thinking / Team Work / Active / Fast Learner
