Strategic Trade Marketing Manager (Thailand)

Job Accountability 

Lead strategic marketing for Thailand aquaculture business (fish & shrimp animal nutrition)

  • Lead development of strategic go-to-market plans that support the strategy across the region via customer segmentation and targeted offerings, activities & communication
  • Lead deployment of new global marketing products, solutions, and services across the region (“NPSS”)
  • Manage product life-cycle plan; develop and periodically revise Portfolio Strategy to enable the business to reach desired potential

Gather local market insights 

  • Visit customers in field to support sales efforts, identify and understand customer needs, opportunities/challenges
  • Track and analyze competitor’s value proposition, product offerings, recent actions, developments and trends
  • Share insights with regional pricing analyst to enhance customer economic model and provide guidance into pricing process

 Commercial support 

  • Partner with commercial team to implement go-to-market plans; lead trainings and workshops to provide them with marketing tools to be effective in their role
  • Support sales presentations that communicate value proposition & brand message
  • Attend customer events and support as needed with customized materials / compelling value proposition message

Marketing materials 

  • Coordinate promotional materials and ensure consistent brand message
  • Lead local bag design that supports brand & product portfolio strategy for the region

Communications 

  • Develop internal and external communications strategy and calendar; coordinate with regional team
  • Manage key internal stakeholders through effective communications

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree, preferably in Marketing related field
  • At least 10 - 15 years experience in Marketing function 
  • Preferred Regional Roles might be attractive 
  • Conceptual thinking
  • Strategy skills/Strategy consulting a plus
  • Analytical Thinking, Strategic Market initial
  • Excellent planning, communication and presentation skill (in written)
