IT Support Engineer (Junior / Middle Level)/IT Support Engineer (Junior / Middle Level)

Job Responsibilities

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Testing new technology
  • Possibly training more junior staff members

Qualifications

  • University degree in IT fields or related (Computer, Engineering, etc)
  • Good command of English
  • Good knowledge and experience on IT Services required 
  • Good knowledge of Hardware : laptops, desktop, printers
  • Good knowledge of Software : MS Office & other office applications
  • Basic knowledge on LAN/WAN
  • Having experience in Microsoft servers, Domain Account, Exchange Account, DHCP, DNS
  • Good knowledge of Networking (Cisco)
