Retention Specialist

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related fields.
  • Good Computer literacy skill and English communication (both verbal and written).
  • Pleasant personality and strong team spirit and emphasis on intra department skill.
  • Effective planning, monitoring and able to manage multi tasks in time line Delight Persuasion and Negotiation and Enforcement skill. Strong Analytical, Relative thinking, conflict management, and problem solving

  • Special Skills:

    Have at least 3 Years experienced in sales or financial product advisor. Experience in automobile leasing is a strong advantage.

    Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for existing customer retention and Re-agreement process to ensure the achievement of Retention target, re-agreement contract turnaround time, and report.  
  • To ensure that all target customers have been contacted to offer the appropriate choice of financial re-agreement quotations such as contract prolongation offers to both Hire Purchase and Financial Lease customers, especially contracts with Balloon or RV amount.  
  • Manage and coordination with relevant departments to close the deal with customers such as Contact Centre, Customer Service, Internal Sales Units, Collection ,Dealer etc.  
  • Responsible on Customer Verification, KYC and AML process and report on existing customers for Contract Re-agreement.  
  • Monitor the completeness of re-agreement contract, retrieving the customer signature until contract execution on time.  
  • Co-ordinate with Local and Central IT team for system enhancement, data fix, test, rollout and implement change
