Sales Manager-Paper (B2B)


  • Budgeting and controlling Institution Sales Channel team(ISB) to achieve the company’s target
  • Leading and Developing ISB sales team and working process to be in line with company ‘s direction
  • Identifying market potential in order to establish new account, achieve ISB sales volume, revenue and profitability goals. 
  • Developing annual sales forecasts and prepare monthly analyses and reports that monitor and analyze sales activity and market trends.
  • Maintaining, monitoring, and regularly evaluating pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost. 


  • Age 30-35 years and above
  • At least bachelor’s degree with preferable in Business Administration, Finance and Marketing.
  • 5-8 years experience in Institution Sales Channel or HORECA channel (B2B) and 3 years in management level of consumer Products Company.
  • Good in analytical, negotiation, presentation and people management skill
  • Fluently in reading, writing and speaking in English
  • Winning attitude and excellent commitment.
