Compensation and Benefits Manager


  • Prepare and consolidate Compensation and Benefits budget and propose to management for approval
  • Monitor and adjust the budget based on the approved budget
  • Consolidate annual performance rating from each function to normalize the performance rating curve
  • Design the merit increase and variable bonus matrix under the guideline within allocation budget
  • Conduct job analysis, job description and job evaluation in order to ensure the accurate and up to date job size
  • Collect and analyze data, review and suggest policies and tracking trends for each department
  • Drive human capital productivity and efficiency and  keep internal equity and external competitiveness at affordable cost and align with Bank of Ayudhya PLC
  • Analyze different components of the remuneration scheme and prepare reports about the design and develop different schemes of the variable remuneration
  • Closely cooperate and manage the relationship with the external compensation consulting company
  • Participate  salary survey to have the up to date the external market data
  • Advice line managers or HR Business partner in the complex usage of different HR and Compensation policies
  • Work with other departments in order to assess human resources performance and productivity
  • Ensure all Compensation and Benefits policy is aligned with Bank of Ayudhya PLC
  • Ensure the clear communication of all Compensation and Benefits policy to top management and all staffs
  • Provide monthly report to Bank of Ayudhya PLC



  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance/Accounting or related field
  • At least 15 years of working experience with solid C&Bs exposure in Banking industry or sizable companies
  • Able to build models and process to facilitate work flow
  • Strong analytical skill and sensitive to numbers
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Advanced excel & database capabilities
