Office Manager

Roles and tasks are included with PA, HR, Admin, and Project Manager.

 

Responsibilities

PA

  • Provide secretarial tasks for MD
  • Produce management report and presentation; such as ideas to implementation, update P&L, feasibility
  • Prepare information for partnership approach

 

HR

  • In charge of HR tasks such as recruitment, payroll, JDs 
  • Design and implement office standards and procedures
Admin
  • Support administrative tasks such as answering office calls and emails, preparing invoices, facilities and maintenance
  • Maintain office filing system
PM
  • Oversee general office operation
  • Delegate assignments, prioritize and keep work progress on track 
  • Set up, and organize meeting, and take minutes
  • Manage both office and MD's calendar

 

Qualifications

  • Female aged not over 36 years old 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field
  • 5+ years experience as office manager/ PA / HR or related functions
  • Work experience from E-commerce/ Retail/ Sales & Marketing service is required
  • Directly reported to business owner, or MD is preferable
  • Experience as Project Manager is advantage
  • Fluent command of English
  • Strong with Ms Office, HRM, and online applications 
  • Pleasant personality, positive communication, smart and humble
  • Passion in multitasking, good judgement, loyal, can-do
