Sales Functional Coordinator
  • Provide effective and efficient administrative support on Sales matters to the Sales Management.

  • Organise meetings or conferences when held locally, acting as and secretariat and liaison-in-charge.

  • Assist the VP of Commercial in the preparation of notes/materials for meetings.  Prepares slides for presentation, which requires some individual judgement and creativity. 

  • Manage VP of Commercial’s office in his absence, and ensures all matters requiring the National Sales Manager’s attention are redirected with discretion and attended to meticulously.

  • Any other Sales-related duties and tasks assigned by the National Sales Manager.

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in related field.
  • 1-2 years experienced in an administrative and support role.
  • Communication skills (Spoken and Written).
  • Time Management skills.
  • Typing skills.
  • Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
