Supply Chain Manager


  • Co-lead the implementation of best in class country S&OP process for Crop Protection, Environmental Science, and RC businesses and actively participate in all the 5 steps of S&OP process as outlined by the Global team
  • Oversee day-to-day Planning and Operations to maximize the reliability, timeliness, and cost effectiveness of the country’s supply chain
  • Responsible to liaise with US, EU, and other APAC countries to ensure supply and logistics are seamlessly managed to get the product (seeds and Crop Protection) on time to support sales
  • Responsible to manage Inventory of FG at optimum level and material master data maintenance of FG
  • Oversee export and import activities to make sure that supply from and to other BCS affiliates are on time and meet requirements
  • Develop and implement country Customer Service strategy in alignment with Regional Customer Service’s strategy, and Commercial Strategy
  • Continually track achievement of customer service levels (e.g., perfect order, Net Promoter Score) and be responsible for continuous operational improvement in alignment with Finance to ensure targets are being met and efficiencies are being captured
  • Responsible for implementation of the country’s transportation strategies in the areas of ocean freight, freight forwarding and both domestic transportation and warehousing for safe and compliant operations in chemistry and row crops.
  • Contribute to SEAP (South East Asia & Pakistan) SCM strategic, tactical and leadership decision making  as a member of Cluster SCM Leadership team. Specifically attracting and retaining top talent to SCM, ensuring every member of SCM team has a clear and actionable Personal Development Plan and identifying and implementing digital solutions within SCM to improve real time visibility, material flow efficiency,  and customer experience.

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain
  • At least 7-10 years experience in Supply Chain or Planning with very strong SAP knowledge and IMEX procedures
  • Very good to excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and decision making skills
  • Demonstrated strong skills in leading teams
