Japanese cutting-edge HR ATS/CRM System Provider will be launching their new oversea team in Bangkok in 2020. The team will be covering not only Thailand but whole SEA region. Several well known recruitment agencies in SEA region are already using their platform, but now the Company has decided to expand their overseas business, starting from Thailand.
As a "Customer Success Executive", you will be responsible to follow up closely with each client, monitor and analyze their usage, and provide necessary advice, introduce new features, to enhance their business operation.
The successful candidate are responsible to;
1. Understand the system in detail, provide demo to potential clients
2. Follow up with existing clients, monitor and analyze their usage, introduce new features to each client
3. Response to feedback and inquiries from each client, work well with tech-team and solve each issues
4. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by managers
1. Business level English
2. At least Degree in any field
3. Customer oriented, excellent interpersonal skills with can-do attitude
4. Able to travel overseas (business trip) when necessary
5. Working experience in HR, CS, or IT industries will be advantage, but not mandatory
6. Japanese speaking will be added value
7. No need to be tech savvy (training provided), but must be deeply interested in both HR and IT
The successful candidate is scheduled to be on-boarding from April 2020, and required to attend the training in Japan for 1 month (All necessary fees including visa application will be hold by the Company).
Work Location: Sukhumvit (TBC)
Working hours: 09:00-18:00 (Mon-Fri)
