Brand Campaign Manager

Our company is one of the largest fin-tech company with presence across 6 countries in Southeast Asia. is seeking candidate who's will join our company’s journey to accomplish the mission of enabling everyone with access to innovative financial services, leading to better lives. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver brand campaign strategies based on analysis of current brand perceptions, competitive landscape, product/service offerings, and consumer insights that help to achieve desired brand equity and e-wallet app usage
  • Develop brand communication materials across media channels (e.g. contents on social media, website, electronic direct mail (EDM), in-app banners; organic & paid channels) by collaborating with in-house creative, digital marketing teams, and agency partners that express brand identity and key messages
  • Execute corporate sponsorship programs that reinforce overall brand equity and e-wallet app usage by collaborating with inter-business unit teams and strategic partners
  • Develop and execute on branding initiatives for external (users/regulators/partners) and internal stakeholders (employees) by collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. commercial, risk & fraud, product, customer service, and HR)
  • Set relevant KPIs to measure the performance of brand campaign & communications

 

Qualification:

  • 3-5 years of work experience in brand communication and content creation (experience from either creative agency and/or in-house marketing team)
  • Proven track record in creating branded content on social media channels; experience in creating below the line (BTL) communication will be an advantage
  • Has solid knowledge of brand communication practices
  • Passion for brand-building, digital marketing, and consumer lifestyle
  • Positive can-do attitude; not afraid to get ‘hands dirty’; strong sense of ownership, and data-driven approach for brand communication work
  • Analytical yet creative: strategic-thinker that embraces creativity
  • Natural collaborator: works effectively with multi-functional teams to drive results
  • Can handle complexity well; able to work in multiple projects in a dynamic business environment
  • Excellent Thai-English written/verbal communications, copy-writing and presentation skills
  • Minimum of Bachelor degree in marketing/branding (or related field)
  • Any prior experiences with fin-tech/financial services will be an advantage
