Work Location:            In retail shops/ stores

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and plan towards achieving sales target for each retail shop
• Monitor stock inventory at each retail shop
• Work closely with Brand Principle and International team
• Ensure that the operation meet brands standard
• Supervise, train and motivate retail staffs to achieve sales targets
• Oversee and manage shop display and visual merchandising
• Assist in annual marketing plan and implement marketing strategies to achieve objectives. Manage the brands’ Annual Plan & Budget Proposal expenditure
• Responsible for all business analysis and sales performance reports on timely basis.
• Attend to customers’ needs, complaints and feedback
  

Qualification:

• Able to work under high pressure
• Working in flexible and longer hours and shifts. Hard working and high disciplinary
• Working in the store every 5 days a week and no concern of weekend off or Public Holiday
• Fluent communication in Thai & English both spoken and written
• Having direct experience in Fashion retail business, knows how to work with P&L, Sales and Stock controlling etc.
• Having VM knowledge, has sense of fashion
• Female / Male, Thai Nationality, Good health condition and not allergic to dust
• Good attitude and open-minded
• No family concern, more independent
• Able to travel in domestic and international
• Involve in all operations procedures
• Strong leadership skill, Strong Character, Energetic, problem solving skill and willing to learn new things
