Senior IT Technical Support (Urgently)

Role purpose:

Support Aetna End-User computing equipment. Focus on day-to-day operation and ensure that they run smoothly. Provide technical support and advice to users.

Role accountabilities

  • Basic Application and System Support such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Telephone, Printer, and Fax
  • PC Support, Implement, Replacement and Troubleshooting
  • Basic Network Support and Troubleshooting
  • Manage inventory change and update
  • Coordinate with vendors to help follow up and fix the problem related to IT Equipment

Role requirements

  • Bachelor of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
  • At least 3-5 years prior work experience
  • Basic Computer Hardware install and setup
  • Windows Operating System. Microsoft Office. IP Phone (Cisco, Avaya).
  • Proof of certificates in the related fields, such as Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), can be beneficial
  • Good interpersonal skill and fast learning
  • Business oriented and goal driven mindset
  • Adaptive, teamwork and service-mind
  • Self-motivated and proactive
