Travel Manager
  • Manage and handle Travel Insurance as a product champion

    – develop and execute business Strategy to grow and achieve travel Insurance business plan (overall & by distribution) with action plan, timeline and reporting.

  • Develop and implement Travel Insurance products & system solution

    – conduct a market research & gather requirements from the regional team, our Business Partners and competitors for successful product offering & solution

  • Perform Travel Insurance portfolio management and ensure utmost operations efficiency

         – prepare & monitor product performance report on daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly basis   and escalate potential issues if any for immediate actions necessary

  • Ensure operational efficiency

    – coordinate with operational support units such as policy service, IT, MIS to ensure the utmost operations efficiency

  • Develop and prepare sales and training materials including training support

    – include existing and new sales & training materials as well as provide training for existing & new TA products to distribution & business partners

  • Handle special assignments/projects – conduct a study for new business opportunities, product offering, system solution

Job Qualifications


  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in related fields (i.e. MBA, Finance, Marketing, Economics)

  • Over 7 years of working experience in insurance industry with 3-5 years of experience in Travel or Accident & Health Insurance

  • Expertise in A&H or Travel insurance underwriting (pricing & guideline), and or the Travel Industry

  • Proficient in English

  • Excellent skills in communication, project coordination, time management and the ability to work with a team to achieve the business objectives

  • Proficient with MS Office and various other database software programs
