Manager - Cashless Claim (Health Claim)

Job Responsibilities;

  • Review, analyze and approve medical claims within authority limits.
  • Corresponds with internal departments, agents, medical providers and others as required to gather necessary information to solve complex cases and summarize findings and recommended actions.
  • Ensure a consistent, timely resolution to claims by developing case strategy, developing a case evaluation and escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance by following laws and regulations, internal control requirements and the KTAXA Claims policy.
  • Recognizes and addresses trends and patterns that positively or negatively impact risk management.
  • Assist and coordinate within appropriate business units as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor Degree or higher  in Nursing, Medical Technical, Nursing or related fields,
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Life and/or Non-Life Insurance and Claims is required
  • Experienced  in Claims team management and developing in Life Insurance business 
  • Good communicate in Thai and English
