eCommerce Executive

Responsibilities :

E-Commerce

  • Responsible for all E-com operations activities.
  • Co-ordinate between e-com market place and internal departments.
  • Ensure stock at the optimum level and assist in monitoring purchasing function when required.
  • Propose and execute the marketing plan as per brand’s approval.
  • Evaluating and monitoring the market situation, providing feedback to brands.
  • Liaise with the relevant brands in working out and monitoring the strategies like market coverage, sales advertising and promotion as well as submitting daily/weekly/monthly progressive reports of sales performance etc.
  • Understand customer purchasing behavior using web analytics tools.
  • Coordinate with Logistics team for Delivery plan.
  • Follow up with brands to ensure that all orders enquiries from end-customer get response within the agreed time frame.
  • Providing advice on stock analysis and suggestion to maximize the sales.
Order Processing
  • Following-up on creating customer orders within the ERP system (for corporate stores as well as for both 3rd party retailers and wholesalers).
  • Process the customer sales orders to Finance for credit release purpose.
  • Process customer’s special request and provide order deliveries to warehouse operations for shipping purpose (picking/packing/invoicing) including transportation management.
  • Handle goods returned process and credit notes according to SG rules in coordination with finance and brand departments.
  • Manage close contacts with customers to ensure quality orders are submitted on schedule and manage to solved the problem of customer including keep tracking of order status, alert once discrepancies compared to promised delivery date occur and communicate proactively to customers on timely manner.
  • Run, monitor & follow-up all tasks in order to pro-actively increase quality and service to our customers and also keep updating the customer’s database.
  • Support Brands in all operational/Administrative requirements relating to standard operation process.
  • Join inventory physical count and other tasks assign by company and superior.
  • Other tasks as assigned by superior.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Ecommerce, Supply Chain and Logistics Management or related.
  • Minimum 3-year experience in E-Commerce, sales & marketing.
  • Have previous working experience in trading/ retails business will be an advantage.
  • Good at Microsoft office especially Microsft Excel.
  • Good command of spoken and written English with computer literacy.
  • Have good planning, analytical thinking and selling skills.
