E-CRM & E-Commerce Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Managing the client email marketing database using the ProCampaign platform.
  • Planning consumer eCRM lifecycles and the creation of triggered newsletters.
  • Creating and delivering of newsletters to targeted BDF newsletter subscribers (creation, copy, design, images, setup, testing, processing).
  • Enriching the client database (subscriber acquisition, uploading data from online and offline activities).
  • Coordinating the optimization of newsletters (open rate, click rate, opt-out rate).
  • Controllng sweepstake management (form & content management in Sitecore).
  • Performing integrations of WOM campaigns in Sitecore.
  • Exploring and providing recommendations on new ways/channels for CRM according to market needs and consumer behavior, not limited to email/newsletter.
  • Developing a holistic campaign planning integrated eCRM driving further excellent life-time customer value
  • Creating a seamless eCRM multi-channel journey leveraging both traditional tools and new technology according to business objectives.
  • Managing CRM data structure and handling data migration systematically.
  • Simplifying KPI dashboards for campaigns – eCommerce-CRM to increase efficiency. Making use of insight data for better performance.
  • Providing strategy to drive e-commerce through owned platforms, e.g. websites and social media posts or platforms.
  • Ensuring all posts link to e-commerce product pages.
  • Designing and creating of eCom product pages on brand.com, eRetailers and marketplace platforms.
  • Controlling product assortment for online retailers.
  • Creating banner/displays for online retailers – creative, multiple sizes.
  • Managing coupons onsite in Sitecore.
  • Designing and creating/managing the adaptation of campaign landing pages.
  • Designing artwork and copy writing for paid social/online marketing communications to support eCom campaigns.
  • Conducting A/B testing for creative designs and copy optimized during campaigns, and conducting post campaign analysis for key insights and learning.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in CRM especially in online platforms, developing and executing an eCRM strategy plan to achieve performance outcomes, including traffic and revenue generation.
  • Demonstrating excellent planning, organizational and time management skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and team environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in analyzing consumer and marketing trends and performances.
  • Fluent and articulate in English (both oral and written).
