Territory Head (Digital Vending Machine)


  • Conducting surveys to better understand customer needs.
  • Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory.
  • Depending on the operating platform, identify gaps in all aspect of site performance for sites in geographical area (territory)
  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by leverage sales and negotiation skills to deliver as highest as possible sales performance.
  • Source for all analytic sales volume performance to understand every single site in the territory where the understanding is inclusive of customer majority, customer behavior and sales seasonality.
  • Deliver Sales and Operations targets for geographical area through regular reviews and appropriate action plans.
  • Ensure Landlord implement all areas of the commitment and ensure compliance with the site operations, contracts and manuals
  • Analyzing sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing techniques.
  • Motivating Sales Representatives to achieve sales quotas and evaluating their performance based on their ability or inability to achieve sales quotas.
  • Monitoring competitors’ sales activity within an assigned territory.



  •            Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  •            7-10+ yearsproven experience working as a Territory Sales Manager.
  •            Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  •            The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  •            Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  •            Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  •            Sound negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  •            Effective communication skills.
  •            Exceptional customer service skills.
