Location: Head Quarter (The Mall Ramkhamhaeng)

Food Retail Merchandiser 

• Plan and analyze the development to improve food business of The Mall Group (Take Home, Food Court, and restaurant)
• Develop product concept and stores as well as restaurant to be a leader of food business
• Select suppliers to be placed in stores
• Develop / implement merchandising plans for assisting in the marketing and promotions of foods for Market Hall to align with concept as plan
• Update food business and market competition in order to adjust strategy and competing methodology
• Survey competitors (both local and international) regarding display, decoration, PR, and services in order to analyze and develop plan to have an efficiency and high standard

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree of Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related fields
  
• At least 2 years of experience in merchandising, food business, business development or sales.
  
• Good command in English (speaking, listening and writing)
• Good communication skill and presentation as well as negotiation skill
