CRM Executive (FMCG) (50k to 70k)

One of the well-known global FMCG brand in Thailand looking for new CRM executive to establishing and monitoring marketing strategies that create the long-term relationship with customers. Coordinating with Sales and Marketing departments to boost the brand awareness. Moreover, improving consumer satisfaction and new opportunities are found and customer issues are proactively addressed.Overall, by creating a customer oriented organization until increase revenue and achieve business goals.

Job Descriptions

  • Be responsible for developing and implementing growth and retention strategies for  customer relationship management
  • Maintain sever database including customer retention and acquisition
  • Plan and execute customer retention and customer loyalty campaigns across the  business
  • Developing testing strategies for all of the CRM to ensure the organization and its services have the most effective  approach
  • Analyze the data collected with acceptable goals to optimize business impact
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure that the CRM operates for all aspects of  the company effectively
  • Monitoring direct customer correspondence through the CRM and maximize the lifetime benefit techniques of the consumer to ensure full productivit
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
    • Excellence in English for business communication
    • 5 to 7 years of work experience in CRM or related field
    • Proven work experience as a CRM or similar role and solid experiences in customer acquisition strategies
    • Knowledge of online marketing methods and strong quantitative/ analytical skills
    • Familiar with using Python Programming Language and SQL Server
