HR Manager for Real Estate (ใกล้แยกแคราย)
Our client is a leading real estate agent, buying and selling various types of property including housing. They are currently looking for a multi-skilled candidate to fill the position of HR Manager in order to help with the setting-up of their internal structure. 


Responsibilities: 
  • Setting up operations and policies related to Human Resources affairs. 
  • Planning and implementing recruitment procedures for all levels of employees to meet the manpower requirements of each department.
  • Creating yearly training roadmaps and employee retention plans.
  • Monitoring and proposing corporate regulations to upper management, and ensuring that they are in compliance with Thai laws.
  • Providing personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management.
  • Assisting with payroll processing by coordinating with the Finance team.
  • Conducting performance management and improvement systems.
  • Structuring compensation and benefits administration.
  • Supervising 1 HR Admin Officer. 
Qualifications: 
  • Thai nationality, aged over 30 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field. 
  • Direct experience working in the real estate/property industry is preferable. 
  • Experience setting up HR policies will be an advantage. 
  • Able to work on Saturdays.
  • Communicable level of English. 
  • Active and assertive with good initiative.
