We need someone who will always greet and 'wow' our members each day by being able to problem solve and stay calm, is able to maintain our communities, and be sure to organize repairs if needed and someone who will encourage people to become YourNextU members.
- Respond to all incoming phones/email/[email protected] in timely manner from members for request and assistance, and always be the person who ‘does the job’
- Receive and collect member’s feedback from several source i.e. face to face, phone call, CRM systems and UserVoice, categories and submit to relevant teams.
- Follow up to ensure members’ feedback be solved
