Customer Services Representative (Sales Support) - Chonburi
Customer Services Representative  (Sales Support)- Chonburi   A global leader in the manufacture, development, distribution, and sale of paints, coatings and related products to professional, industrial, commercial, and retail customers.   Company distributes and imports its chemicals for their customer to coat and plaster for packaging.   JD: - Communicate with sales team to make sure orders are received correctly .
- Accurate issue in Oracle system and follow up the production schedule with other team to fulfill customer demand.
- Monitor order status to ensure a suitable stock level and drive a high On-time-delivery percentage.
- Handle all affairs in the port such as customs clearance, and transportation to warehouse and to customers.
- Work closely with logistic team to arrange shipment and fix any issue if accured.
- Open and maintain customer accounts if any new customer come in.
- Collect and monitor the payment from customer and post invoice to customer side regularly .
- Forecast demand of goods in next 3 - 6 months from each customer.
- Review related inventory report and push SLOB/Slow moving consumption.
- Key customer claim into  system, coordinate with related departments after get the root cause and arrange exchange per related leaders’ approval. Follow up open claims until case closed.   Requirement:   MUST - Bachelor's Degree in business / chemistry or related business - Age below 30 years / Male or Female 
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service / sales support / or any admin support.
- Good in oral and written English, and skill in MS office (Words, Excel and Power Point)
- Background from chemical industry will be a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed.
