Customer Services Manager

Key Responsibilities

 Online Booking – Health Land Spa:

  • To handle spa booking by noting and recording accurately booking requirement such as number of room, type of massage, number of guest, terms of payment, arrival information, percentage and type of discount if any.
  • To amend or cancel booking requirements on correspondence and enters such information into computer correctly.
  • To up-date daily reservation situation and review all bookings from time to time especially during tight situation.
  • Review reservation booked daily.
  • Follows up tentative booking and updated reservation status.
  • Knowledgeable in spa services and ensures team members are equally knowledgeable.
  • To liaise with spa operation team in regards to occupancy.
  •  Online Services – Personal Care Products

  • Analyze customer feedback and evaluate the results to choose the best resolutions and alternatives to identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
  • Manage and monitor team members working process of Service Support to ensure operation support provided is able to meet service commitment and customer requirement.
  • Work closely with operation team and processes & support team to ensure that all problems are dealt with by priority and customer requirements.
  • Ensue that Operation issues from customer raised to Service Support Team & related function have been resolved in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints.
  • Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years experience as Reservation Supervisor or Assistant Manager on a reputed hotel.
    • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication and problem solving skills.
    • Experience in the development and implementation of standards operation procedures, work instruction and guidelines to support operational processes.
    • Ability to identify easily with our core value of customer centricity, and have a strong customer satisfaction orientation.
    • Good command in written and verbal communication skills - English.
