Key Account Manager (Food Services/Modern Trade)
Responsibilities:
  • Developing projects with current & potential customers and following up by using the CRM.
  • Managing responsible accounts by maintaining regular customer contact, providing pre and after-sales support, and ensuring that all customer enquiries are promptly responded to by being the main coordinator internally and externally.
  • Providing monthly sales forecasts and reports for assigned accounts to the Sales team, Customer Service and Supply Chain.
  • Developing strong relationships with assigned customers.
  • Formalizing short term and yearly sales plans in order to achieve the channel objectives in relation to direct and triangular sales.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor / Master Degree in Business Admin, Food Science and Technology or equivalent.
  • Min 2 years of experience in a related field with a proven track record. Experience in selling food ingredients will be an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: ability to easily establish contacts.
  • Good sales and negotiation skills and good at English communication.
  • Able to work independently.
