About the role

Control, plan and improve production processes in the Forging or Machining department to meet quality, cost and delivery targets. Analyze problems that occur in the production process, define corrective and preventive measures, and ensure they do not recur.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct continuous improvement activities (Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, Productivity Improvement)

  • Analyze production data, prepare reports and KPIs for production process development

  • Support cost reduction projects (Cost Reduction) and improve machinery and production process efficiency

  • Coordinate with relevant departments such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Production Planning and Supply Chain

  • Participate in developing production processes for new products (New Model / New Project)

  • Support quality activities according to IATF 16949, ISO 9001 standards and customer requirements

About you

  • Bachelor's degree Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related engineering discipline

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial manufacturing

  • Experience in Forging, Machining, Automotive Parts or Metal Forming industries is preferred
