Head of Go-To-Market (International Markets) – Food & Beverage Products
Job Descriptions:
  • Being responsible for the overall aspects of Go-To-Market leadership for beverage & snack products. Focusing on international markets (ASEAN) in both GT and MT channels.
  • Taking roles as a key part of the company’s growth strategy and being responsible for working at a strategic level to help grow the company’s sales volume & profitability effectively.
  • Managing and leading regional RTM (route to market) strategies.
  • Defining category trade marketing KPIs across all product categories and ensuring sales and distribution model in line with company strategies.
  • Executing and evaluating RTM performance on distributor infrastructure.
  • Developing Annual Business Plan for RTM implementation in conjunction with commercial team and sales/business development team.
  • Building RTM capabilities and processing implementation as well as long-term partnerships with customers to drive margins and meet company objectives.
  • Keeping continuous analysis of the competitive and customer position in the country, and working together with sales to develop long-term trade marketing actions and strategies.
  • Aligning and leading cross-functional units across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Category Management, Trade, and Business Management to commercialize existing & new products, ensuring effective speed to market.
  • Initiating, reviewing and managing various sales and operational strategies to keep in line with company’s best practice, and maintaining efficiency in various international markets.
  • Undertaking constant competitor analysis as well as updating marketing data, gathering new business intelligence in order to create and implement solutions.
  • Overseeing Go-To-Market team and reporting directly to the Global Business Director.
Qualifications:
  • Male or female, age 38 years above with a mature, professional and pleasant personality.
  • Master’s or higher degree in Business Administration, International Business Management, Marketing, Finance and related field.
  • Must be excellent English communication, both verbal & written.
  • At least 15 years of relevant commercial experience in the FMCG international market (ASEAN), both GT and MT channels and must been in the leadership roles with experience of team management.
  • Experience in Beverage industry is preferred.
  • Must be a well-rounded experience, able to understand and have the vision of front-line sales operation, Go-To-Market capability, distributor partnership management, etc.
  • Possess excellent analytical skills, effective communication ability, and excellent people management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, innovative attitude, flexible, proactive, service-minded and a strong team player.
  • Very good quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
