Chief Finance Officer
Job Description:
  • Ensuring the compliance of all accounting processes relating to the organization’s goals.
  • Monitoring and managing the month-end accounting processes.
  • Generating and manage timely management reports with an appropriate analysis and findings of unusual items.
  • Ensuring the reconciliation of balance sheets and P&L items, as well as being able to analyze the changes.
  • Supporting the company operations by providing accounting, finance and investment information for the management to make proper business decisions.
  • Assisting in budget reporting, and following up on the performance.
  • Issuing debentures in order to invest or expand business.
  • Creating and monitoring an effective internal audit system.
  • Coordinating with external auditors / banks / government dept.
  • Providing coaching and training to the team.
Qualifications:
  • Aged over 40 years old.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting with 5 years of experience at managerial level.
  • Experience from a listed property development company or hospitality business is a must.
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
