Field Facility Management Section Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To support business with well-maintained equipment and system which will contribute for smooth operations and effective business operation
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proactive and self-motivated, have the ability to evaluate and repair all types of mechanical and electrical equipment and is able to perform under extreme stress when there is equipment failure.
  • Equipment to which the incumbent should be able to advise & maintain include the followings
    • Refrigeration
    • Electrical Systems
    • Controls
    • Mechanical Systems
    • Basic Maintenance Skills
  • To review and update industry standard and competitive analysis
  • To collaborate with both internal & external stakeholders such as QA, Operations, Construction, and related teams to deliver sites on time and ensure all conditions complying with company standard terms and conditions

Competencies

  • Basic maintenance
  • Basic computer skills for Word & Excel
  • Able to read & interpret blueprints, mechanical and electrical schematic diagrams
  • Effectively present information to peers, upper management and team members in oral & written forms
  • Define problems and draw conclusions
  • Interpret technical instructions and diagrams

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical) or appropriate business experience are required to achieve roles
  • High School Diploma or equivalent HVAC, Refrigeration and HVAC certifications

Experiences

  • Minimum 5 years technical experience with repairs to commercial HVAC, Refrigeration, Hot Side & Cold Side Kitchen Equipment, or formal training/military service
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication within team & cross-functional skills
  • Ability to diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration systems including but not limited to light commercial equipment; package and split HVAC systems
  • Willingness and ability to perform On-Call and emergency after-hours duties as needed to ensure service coverage
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficient computer skills in spreadsheets; databases and Word
  • Excellent technical knowledge of equipment, products and processes
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and excellent personal skills
  • Strong knowledge in Maintenance & Reliability
  • Must have a hands-on work ethic
  • Systematic thinking / Leadership and Project Management
  • Handle pressure well and multi-tasking
  • Car license
  • Able to travel upcountry
