Customer Service (Corporate Customer Care)/พนักงานดูแลลูกค้าองค์กร

Essential Responsibilities
- Handling and resolving all student requests and complaints
- Following up with clients and taking action to ensure customer satisfaction
- Administrative tasks, including recording student attendance, scheduling, and
processing reports
- Conducting surveys for quality assurance
- Coordinating across various departments to prepare training courses
- Processing textbook orders and keeping track of inventory
- Visiting clients and helping give orientations
- Designing reports and certificates
- Translating English-to-Thai and Thai-to-English as needed
- Answering client telephone calls and corresponding with clients over LINE
- Coordinating with teachers about record-keeping and assisting teachers when needed
- Observing teachers to evaluate performance for quality assurance
- Help students to resolve technical issues as they arise.

Qualification
- Strong command of the English language (TOEIC Score: 550+)
- Prior experience in administration and customer service strongly desired
- Service and task-oriented mind
- Friendly and a good team player who can take initiative
- Excellent social skills, charismatic, and a good presenter
- Strong English written communication skills
- Can work well under pressure
- Good computer skills; ability to use Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign

-Salary (negotiable)
