Manager - Customer Care Center

Job Descriptions:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations in the Customer Care Center 
  • Response to customer service issues in a timely manner
  • Create effective customer satisfaction procedures, policies and standards
  • Develop customer satisfaction goals to engagement level
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interaction, customer complaints and details of actions taken including service statistics
  • Coach, supervise and guide subordinates in providing accurate and prompt services to customer and improve to be gate keeper call center
  • Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standard

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant fields
  • Must be capable of setting priorities and working under pressure
  • At least 8 years of experience in administering Life Insurance Customer Service position or Call Center
  • Good knowledge of Life Insurance
  • In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer literacy
