Assistant Facility Manager - Houskeeping/ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการแผนกทำความสะอาด

 

Job Summary

The Assistant Facility Manager - Housekeeping will responsible for overall aspect in housekeeping functions and management and development of housekeeping team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the cleanliness of all area in school
  • Assist in planning of janitorial tasks and work instruction for team members
  • Schedule and conduct routine inspection of all areas in school 
  • Provide required training to housekeepers 
  • Take initiative in the development of facility team
  • Perform other assignments in addition to lead duties

Qualifications and Skills

  • A degree in related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role
  • Knowledge in the operation of chemicals and cleaning materials
  • Ability to plan and manage janitorial tasks and team members
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop housekeepers
  • Be attention to details
  • Good communication skills, both Thai and English
  • Problem solving skills
