Sales Manager BKK - Anesth

Responsibilities;

  • To lead the sale team to achieve their individual and team target to meet target aspect
  • Responsible for sales analysis and target setting
  • To support hospital tender business
  • Evaluate the market results and make recommendations for alternative ways of improvement to the team and collect market information to up-line manager
  • To acquire market information concerning competitors, market situation and utilize them to improve sales and marketing activities
  • To create relationship with customers in order to update situation
  • Coaching in field to accompany and monitor their performance and Training Medical Representative to develop and support to achieve their career path.
  • Suggestion or Improvement provide of the work in general
  • Prepare monthly report or document requirement from principals

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor degree in any fields ,Pharmaceutical is an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience of sales manager in Bangkok area for Anesth, Ethical channel is preferable
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills ,high self-motivation and energetic
  • Creative ,Initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good Command in English
