Packaging Designer Manager

Principal Responsibilities;

  • Create & complete packaging design process for own brand products across food and nonfood category. This included create packaging design concept, development concept, copy writing, digital proof and digital proof
  • Performed lead role in the design and production of print
  • Managed vendors, photo shoots, supervised team design efforts
  • Collaborated with own brand new product development team on schedules and timeline of new product launching
  • Trained, supervised and provided art direction for junior designers
  • Managed multiple, concurrent projects in different stages
  • Dedicated team player who enjoys working with others to develop innovative ideas. Seasoned professional with the goal of going beyond what is expected.

 Qualifications & Skill requirements;

  • Outstanding in creative thinking skills that are helpful for overcoming issues in packaging design, copy writing and coming up with new and innovative ideas.
  • Detailed knowledge of all aspects of structural design
  • Good understanding of computerized design systems
  • Effective people management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Commercial awareness and customer focus – both internal and external
  • The ability to work to a brief, within the constraints of a budget and deadline
  • IT skills are essential e.g. Adobe or Photoshop
  • Great attention to detail
  • Age: 30-40 years
  • At least 5 years experiences in FMCG or Food industry
  • Master/Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Design or Industrial Design or a related field
  • Good command in English
