Customer Services Manager

The Customer Services Manager is the point of accountability for small to medium sized clients and is responsible for managing the relationship and creating value for both the client and Crown.

Key responsibilities for this position are as follows:

  • Liaise with corporate contacts to understand service needs
  • Identifies issues and knows when to escalate them
  • Keeps informed of developments within clients’ organisation and industry
  • Proposes practical and timely solutions
  • Responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and exceeding client KPIs
  • Identifies areas for improvement
