Transport implementation (3 Positions)

Job scope & responsibilities:

  • Understand and able to improve standard/guideline of project implementation.
  • Understand and able to improve standard/guideline of application support including incident management, master data management.
  • Leads, manages, coaches and provides direction to subordinate including implementation team and support team.
  • Manage vendor relationship to ensure deliverable are meet requirements.
  • Understand and identify the transport process thru the well-designed process and methodology where appropriate to achieve the business target.
  • Improvement and redesigning the operation process in order to build the standard process which enables to deliver operation experience through the speed and accuracy consistently with maintaining the operation efficiency, effectiveness and control.
  • Analyze end to end value stream analysis activities including process mapping, data collection and process analysis with the key measurement and solutions.
  • Deliver Optimized Process that leverage TMC product and data linkage.
  • Implement and manage TMC project that will ensure timely responses to our users experiencing issues with offerings and information gathering to improve overall offerings. 
  • Take ownership and support super user team that related TMC product
  • Collects and analyzes systems and operational data. Provides recommendations to improve efficiency of operations.
  • Any job assign by supervisor that relate to scope of TMC work


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Supply Chain, Logistics or any related fields.
  • At least 2 years working experiences in logistic industry
  • Experience in project implementation
  • Experience in requirement analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skill
  • Data modeling, Data warehousing, Dimensional modeling, Data cleansing and Data Visualization
  • Experience in query syntax one of these oracle, ms sql or mysql
  • Experience in implementing ETL processes
  • Ability to work independently, conscientiously and under pressure
  • Interpersonal skills, self-motivation, leadership and team-oriented
  • Able to travel for implementation
