Senior Legal & Compliance Officer / Legal & Compliance Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft and provide comments on various type of contracts relating to the business operation and all the projects.
  • Provide legal advice on various aspects of laws and regulations including commercial law, labor law, corporate law and others which related to company’s business.
  • Research and monitor on laws and regulations newly announced or will be announced in Thailand which are relevant and affect to business and communicate to the relevant persons
  • Support legal administrative process.
  • Monitors as necessary, coordinates the compliance activities to ensure that the businesses in company are conducted in compliance with policies and procedures, laws, regulations and Code of Practice.
  • Works with other Department as appropriate to develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers.
  • Provide training and educate staff on regulation / new regulation requirements, compliance and internal policy and procedures.
  • Develop and implement a compliance training plan and report both of on schedule and special event to management and Japan side/Head Office.
  • Identify and monitor legal and compliance issues with respect to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations relating to the company’s business consist Group of policies, code of practices & standards.
  • Review product and marketing materials to ensure compliance.
  • Implement and maintain procedures in compliance with the SOPs .


  • Male / Female, Age 30 – 39.
  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Laws or any related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in reviewing / drafting contracts and providing legal advice.
  • Understanding of Compliance concept.
  • Demonstrated ability in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Strong analytical, Attention to detail, Good communication skills.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and presentation skills, including ability to interface with manager and management
  • Excellent personality and can do attitude, detail oriented and ability to meet deadlines
  • Good command in both written and spoken in English (TOEIC 700 or equivalent)
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
