Manager, Finance PMO (Project Finance)

Responsibilities;

  • Work on projects assigned by the Director PMO or Senior Manager PMO as project team member or project leader (depending on project size on complexity) – ambitions, scoping, planning, resource allocations, monitor and follow up on progress, reporting to key stakeholders etc. Such projects might be of primary financial- and/or wider business-oriented nature.
  • Act as project leader for specifically assigned cross-functional business projects and be involved in making and or validating business cases for the executive management’s consideration and approval,
  • Create presentations and recommendations for the Director and/or Senior Manager PMO.
  • Data mining on selected areas both reactive and pro-active.
  • Deep dives into specific areas that need specific attention, for example analyzing data, support creating governance frameworks, develop presentations.
  • Work on Ad-hoc assignments as assigned to Project Management office as required.

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred, in Finance, Accounting, Economics
  • Minimum 5 years in Project Finance field
  • Experience in manufacturing environment
  • Experience in multinational company  
  • Consultancy background is a plus.
  • Project management, and presentation skills. In particular matrix-organization and cross culture skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Thai
  • Good skills in Power-point, think cell, excel.
  • Technical skills in business finance
  • Critical thinking, strong analytical insight and ability to link operational performance to financial performance
  • Strong cooperation capability
