Content Strategist

Alongside a team of Brand Managers and our Studio, the Content Strategist will manage a portfolio of social media accounts and develop clients content strategy based on their business objectives and customers expectations.

The content strategist is in charge of creating powerful social media content, defining and developing the mood & tone, creative direction of its clients, while always respecting brands standards. He/she is responsible for the quality of the content, assisting the Studio, setting up and participating in cretive photoshoots while keeping strict production budget records. 

The Content Strategist is a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for designing and  social media content, fun, quirky and lifestyle Posts with a focus on innovation and creativity.


  • In charge the full content production for a portfolio of clients on Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Line, Snapchat etc.)
  • Pre-production research : competitive benchmark, user analysis, content inventory 
  • Elaborate the production sheet : assess all the needed materials and where to find them
  • Elaborate the production budget : list all the material costs and detail the inventory
  • Set up talent castings when needed 
  • Create the editorial strategy : mood & tone, voice, style, brand guidelines
  • Research and understand clients' objectives and brand standards
  • Develop creative ideas and concepts, messages, topics and social media campaigns
  • Set up creative meetings with Studio to brief them on upcoming campaigns
  • Establish a listing of influencers according to their profiles, industry and experience
  • Ensure content quality coming from the Studio
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the campaign requirements and objectives
  • Seek content inspiration from competition


Social Media is about being innovative, creative but requires rigor and responsiveness. You will need to have :

  • Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a strategist in a creative agency or digital agency environment
  • Interest in and aptitude for developing social media and content strategy solutions
  • Ability to synthesized ideas and answer client’s brief
  • Monitors the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies
  • Ability to work in teams and under pressure
  • Be responsive and respect deadlines
  • Always push your creativity and be innovative!
  • Gather key business and user insights
