Senior Digital Marketing Officer

Job Description

  • Keep all e-commerce project progress and change communicated effectively to all parties
  • Identify the online shopper’s/ audience’s behavior/ insight to initiate new product or campaign for A-time shop
  • Optimize the keyword search to enhance the sales volume & new acquisition on our e-commerce (A-time shop) through online both paid and unpaid boost (e.g. hashtag, properly categorizing, SEO, SEM, retargeting etc.)
  • Define the shopper’s/ audience’s target to boost post and page on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube)
  • Plan, develop, and implement the digital marketing strategy to enhance the revenue and user acquisition to reach overall company objectives
  • Measure the effectiveness of the budget spend for maximum results
  • Work closely with data analyst, marketing team, sales team and IT to drive project smoothly
  • Diplomatically response the e-customers’ feedback for shopper experience satisfaction
  • Coordinate for developing the interesting e-content
  • Be responsible for customer servicing, outsourcing agencies

 Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing
  • 3 years+ of experience in B2C / e-commerce Business
  • Wearing both IT and marketing hats
  • Well-versed in digital marketing and advertising strategy, implementing, tracking KPI
  • Proficiency with analytic tools e.g. Google Analytics, Adword, Console, Social media’s insight
  • Enjoy pioneering the project :)
