Investor Relations Senior Division Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Organize conferences, road shows, investor meetings and other investor relations' affairs of the Company
  • Create presentation, press releases, and other communication materials for opportunity day, shareholder's meeting and Board of Director meeting and other events
  • Monitor analyst reports and convey key messages to the Company's senior management
  • Establishes and maintain relationships with investor, analysis, the SET's representatives as well as other stakeholders
  • Responsible for preparation of the company’s ELCID to SET and relevant press release

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or master degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration,
  • Have worked in IR field before or (can be minimum of 6 mths – 1 year)
  • Experienced in Investor Relations (IR), Investment Banking consult (IB)
  • Proficient or have an understandings of basic financial statements (P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow) 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellence communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Must have very good command of English
