Our client is a well-established company, and engaged in hospitality business. Due to the aggressive business expansion plan, the company is seeking a qualified and high caliber Front Office Manager to assist the Director in managing all of the company’s financial and accounting activities.
Front Office Manager will be responsible for, supervising front office staffs, evaluating the job performance if each front office employee, maintaining working relationships and communicates with all departments, resolving guest problems, reviewing and completes credit limit reports working within the allocated budget for the front office, checking cashiers in and out and verifies banks and deposits at the end of each shift, and enforcing all cash-handling, check-cashing, and credit policies.
