Customer Experience Associate

Job Requirement:

  • Assisting the customer experience specialist in delivering a positive experience for customer
  • Facilitating communication to all stakeholder (Touch Point) throughout the process
  • Reviewing and forwarding customer complaint case to department case owner and understanding customer queries and responses; verifying customer’s understanding of information and answer.
  • Preparing report, Minute meeting, Presentation
  • Keep ahead of customer experience development and apply best practices to areas of improvement

Job Description:

  • Support to contact and coordinate with Customer
  • Coordinate and follow up with Premium care / CSC
  • Sending pending report to clean up pending case
  • Help support Customer Experience Management for muti-task and project of CX
  • Coordinate with internal team relate with customer interaction case from Call Center
  • Requirements:

    • Ability to communicate English both  speak, writing
    • Base customer service skill 
    • Need communication skill
    • Hard work and dedicate
    • Ability  travelling for work ( different location , in bkk)
    • Strong sense of empathy
    • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
    • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
    • Open mind ability work under pressure
