Back Office Trading Application (IT)

Job description 

  • Support back office user, find out and solve problems
  • Being a coordinator between user and vendor, understand users’ requirements and limitation of vendor
  • Test the program bug, program change and new module related to back office function
  • Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
  • Maintaining the systems once they are up and running.
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as BA in Securities Business
  • Effectively interact and communicate with users and be able to work independently, have strong analytical skills, and be able to recognize and respond to problem situations.
