Warehouse Executive ( Inbound / Inventory / Outbound )/เจ้าหน้าที่คลังสินค้า ( ขาเข้า / คลัง / ขาออก )

The Warehouse Operations Fulfillment Executive will be the main point of contact for the logistics needs of Packing. You will be required to manage day-to-day operations of fulfillment, especially packing process, in accord with policies and procedures established by and under the direction of the Outbound/Fulfillment Manager. Participate in day-to-day operations in a fun yet always ready manner.


  • Manage and monitor day to day of fulfillment in inbound / inventory / outbound, strictly on safety policy and company regulation to ensure the operations flow is smoothly and efficiency without a bottle neck.
  • Lead, motivate team through effective & open communication in order to maximize customer satisfaction and team productivity.
  • Effectively plan and scheduling the operations resources in order to meet and exceed internal and external services levels at all times.
  • Efficiency manage and expedite the Zendesk ticket closing/fixing in time in order to exceed the SLA. achievement of team goals.
  • Ensure compliance to Safety & Security, DG and Company policies and procedures.
  • Document and track any failures/error including reporting on failure rates, causes, and preventable incidents.
  • Assist in training and coaching new and existing team members.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or any related fields
  • At least 1 year direct experience in warehouse operations
  • Good command of Than & English
  • Strong knowledge in warehouse and operations management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
  • Committed to learning and expanding professional and technical knowledge
  • Can do attitude
  • Assertive, result-oriented, service-minded and honest
  • Effective communication with customers and colleagues over the phone and in written transactions
  • Good people management skills
  • Work in shift (Morning 09:00-18:00 / Night 20:00-05:00)
  • Work 8 hours/day, 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday)
