Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for positions across Thailand.

  • Support regional hiring projects and recruitment activities across APAC countries.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.

  • Drive sourcing strategies through multiple recruitment channels.

  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure quality hires and positive candidate experience.

  • Maintain and update recruitment data within ATS and other TA technologies.

  • Coordinate interview processes, offer management, and onboarding activities.

  • Provide market intelligence and talent insights to support hiring decisions.

  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.

  • Experience managing recruitment across multiple countries within a sizeable international organization.

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and stakeholder management.

  • Comfortable working with ATS, recruitment systems, and TA technologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

  • Available to commit to a 6-month fixed-term contract.
