Supervisor, VAS Implementation

 

Principal Accountability:

 

  • Deploy and implement all new change and service request related with all of Value Added Services following process and control activities to reduce the incident impact to customers.
  • Setup test environment and testing all of Value Added Service including all network and signaling integration
  • Troubleshoot and investigate problem and support 3rd party and team to finding the solution for problems and issues solving
  • Implement all Value Added Services project to successful on business requirement
  • Well known in technical of all Telecom Values Added services such as SMS, MMS, VMS, Browsing Gateway, USSD, RBT, and Roaming services
  • Have an experience and work related in Values Added Services at least 5-7 years
  • Have an experience in software development such as UNIX programming (shell script), python programming or Java language programming

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Telecommunications/Computer Science or equivalent In depth knowledge of Unix operating systems (Red Hat, SuSe, Solaris, etc.)
  • Good knowledge in databases (MySQL, LDAP, ProgressSQL)
  • Good programming and Scripting knowledge (Java, HTML, PHP, Perl, Shell, Python etc.)
  • Good knowledge in networking (TCP/IP, switching, routing, Firewalls)
  • Good troubleshooting skills Trouble ticket management, prioritization, fault diagnosis
  • Good communication and presentation skills Well known with 2G/3G/4G CS/PS network architecture & protocols
  • Experience in VAS products (like SMSC, MMSC, WAP-GW, Voice Mail, USSD, OTA, SDP, MTA, etc.)
  • Experience with project management
  • Perform project follow detailed design for VAS network elements including security design and implementation within targeted capacity plan and security platform to ensure optimization of network quality, stability and reliability
  • Familiar with O&M and technical support work flow
  • Strong ability to learn, self-management skills and the ability to work independently
  • High flexibility and able to work under pressure
  • Good in English
