Position: CRM CoordinatorJob Summary
Support CRM campaigns, customer engagement activities, project coordination, and CRM operations across digital channels to drive customer retention and business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate CRM campaigns from planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
Support campaign setup and deployment across LINE, Email, SMS, Social Media, and Application.
Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and related stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Track project timelines, work progress, deliverables, and action plans.
Prepare meeting materials, MOM, project timelines, and status updates.
Support customer engagement activities, member communication, and customer journey initiatives.
Prepare campaign reports, KPI summaries, and customer engagement performance updates.
Maintain CRM database accuracy and support customer segmentation.
Prepare internal documents such as quotations, PR/PO, approval documents, trackers, and project reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
0–2 years of experience in CRM, Marketing, Account Executive, Project Coordinator, or related fields.
Experience in project coordination with multiple stakeholders.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
Experience with CRM platforms, MarTech, or digital marketing channels is an advantage.
