Senior Customer Services Officer (Working Location : Bangna-Trad KM.39)


  • Respond and feedback customer requirements as soon as possible.
  • Support and advice customers to operate smoothly and achieve their target.
  • Follow up the pending maintenance requests, customer complaints and other issues that request by customers.
  • Summarize and Follow up the pending maintenance requests, customer complaints and other issues that request by customers
  • Coordinate, communicate and negotiate between customers and maintenance team to meet appropriate repairing schedule.
  • Coordinate, communicate and negotiate with Project team to renovate warehouse that follow by defect list before customer move in.
  • Coordinate, communicate and negotiate with Local Authorities, PEA, PWA, IEAT and other relevance organizations to support customer requirements.
  • Coordinate, communicate and negotiate with engineers and relevance parties for modification permission of customer.
  • Monitor and control the repairing process of maintenance team completely on schedule plan.
  • Monitor and control vacant warehouses and company assets always be the good condition and prompt to use with Project team.
  • Monitor and control all suppliers (security guard, cleaning and landscape) to work efficiently and on schedule plan.
  • Improve and develop good relationships with customers.
  • Manage the repairing period to be finished on schedule.
  • Manage the renovation period to be finished before handover warehouse to customer.
  • Other additional work assigned by Property Manager.


  • Thai nationality
  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in Customer Services
  • Good command in English.
  • Good Communication and negotiation skill.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Visio
  • Oracle and SAP experience will be advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of local regulation.
  • Basic knowledge technical & warehouse functional system.
  • Have experience in industrial estate and customs department work.
