Customer Analyst (Customer Services Business)

Job describtion:

  • Analyze for notable trends and opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
  •  Prepare reports and presentations to synthesize findings, generate insights and answer business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze voice of customers
  • Collect primary and secondary data and analyze for notable trends and opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
  • Perform deep analysis of customer complaints to extract actionable insight
  • Explore and crunch the data at hand to generate insights on customer behavior
  • Design Customer Experience survey questionnaires, analyze results, and communicate actionable insights

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Management or Statistics with GPA 2.70 or above.
  • Experienced in database management and/or service process at least 2 years.
  • Good command in English with TOEIC score 550 or above.
  • Expert in using Power BI and MS office.
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoy to interacting with people and sensed in customer experience.
