Urgent! IT Manager / Newly International Services company / Sathorn / 82K

Our client is the newly established company for Co-working space provider which the office is located close to BTS Surasak or BTS Chongnonsi Station is URGENTLY looking for a qualified candidate as a below information.

 

Job responsibilities

  • Direct report to Line Manager is in Singapore.
  • Daily operations and maintenance of the centre's IT infrastructure.
  • Provide technical consultancy and sales advice to prospects and existing clients.
  • Provide IT support and services to occupants of the centre.
  • Provide Assistant to Infrastructure team during design and development vendor management.
  • Ensure system availability and do troubleshooting when necessary.
  • Maintain technical documentation, configuration procedures and best practices.

 

Qualifications 

  • Thai Male with age not over 35 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information System or related fields
  • At least 5 years’ experience in IT support related
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience in services desks management
  • Experience in managing IT facilities vendors
  • Experience in supporting operation systems; Window7 / Window 10 / MAC OS 10.8 and above.
  • Experience in using Zendesk or other ticket system
  • Knowledge in Access Points / Switches / IP Phone / Network Printers / WIFI
  • Good or Fluent in English communication skill.
  • Able to travel to every branches in Bangkok and some overseas project.
  • Experience in startup company will be an advantage.

 

More information

Max Salary = 82K / month (Depend upon work experience and skill)

Work location: Sathorn (BTS Surasak or BTS Chongnonsi)

Working days: Mon – Fri (09:00 - 18:00 hrs. – Flexible working hours)
