Asst. Finance & Accounting Manager
Responsibilities: 

Accounting Section:
  • Controlling the overall Accounting Department.
  • Analyzing income and expenses.
  • Preparing and being responsible for month-end closing activities (Statutory & Internal); sales report preparation, profitability report preparation, forecasts financials preparation, etc.
  • Having fair knowledge of inventory movements and reporting, costing, and master data controlling.
  • Being responsible for year-end closing activities and preparing annual audited financial statements and arranging the sign off of financials within the corporate office guideline
  • Coordinating end to end statutory and internal audits.
  • Controlling overall AP & AR (AR-AP reconciliations, bank reconciliations, ensuring documents with Thai law i.e. Customs, Revenue).
Finance Section:
  • Directing the preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, or reports required by regulatory agencies.
  • Conducting weekly cash forecasts preparation.
  • Reviewing all payments to local, international and intercompany to be in line with payment terms and payment cycle.
  • Working and liaising with banking to be an open bank account, changing authorizer, and linking with the ERP system.
  • Monitoring financial activities and details such as reserve levels to ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
 Tax Section:
  • Preparing and filing corporate income Tax (PRN.50 / PND. 51) and submitting to the Revenue department and Tax return.
  • Preparing Tax form, VAT, (check & reconcile VAT report PP.30, 36) and  WHT (check & reconcile Withholding Tax report PND 3,53,54).
  • Closely coordinating with the Revenue department for assessment closures/audits/pending recovery of VAT/CIT.
Customs Section and BOI:
  • Having good knowledge of Free zone rules and customs regulations.
  • Preparing custom half-year/year-end report and submitting to the customs department within the due date
  • Checking import & export documentation for ensuring each shipment is as per customs law.
  • Supporting customs audit and requirement from the customs department.
  • Having good knowledge of BOI compliances and requirement.
  • Coordinating with BOI for all related activities.
  • Reporting the projects to progress by quarterly and yearly.
Qualifications:
  • University Graduate, majoring in Accounting or Finance, CPD is required (CPA/MBA is an advantage).
  • At least 10 years’ experience in Accounting/Financial in manufacturing.
  • Good knowledge and experience of Free zone area rules and regulations.
  • Ability to get things done on hand involving a cross-functional environment.
  • Must have the capacity to assume higher responsibility.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Proactive with good interpersonal skills.
  • A good team player and leader.
  • Good in MS Office with experience in QAD/SAP is preferred.
