Your days and weeks will be filled with:


  • Focused in ensuring the accomplishment and follow up of the regional targets in terms of maintaining and improve the contracting conditions.
  • B2B Worldwide market especially China.
  • This role will create a revenue strategy that is tailored for the diverse portfolio of properties and locations within the group.
  •  Build and progressively expand their portfolio of local hotel partners by introducing prospective high potential partners to Favstay’s global value proposition and facilitating their onboarding process.

Contracting Management:

  • Renegotiation of contracting conditions with our suppliers, to maximize availability, offers, best available rates;
  • Supervise the loading process of the negotiated conditions with the hotels;
  • Reporting & Analysis. Preparation of several reports extracted from internal tools to identify possible weak spots in the contracted conditions in order to be improved;
  • Analyze Availability and negotiate allotment top ups, releases, minimum stays, and stop sales;
  • Assures by daily monitoring that the selected differentiated product (hotels/ non-hotels) reaches the maximum results in terms of profit;
  • Identifying Business Opportunities in terms of new product, offers or any other in coordination with Contracting Manager in respective sourcing market;
  • Analyzing the product of our different competitors in order to ensure our best conditions in the market.
  • Initiated hotels to participate Pre-Buy and Incentive schemes;
  • Created the exclusive campaigns for each market to boost up more productions; and
  • Provide coaching to colleagues (peers, Contracting Manager, Reservation team) on best practices.

People Management & Development:

  • Lead, manage and motivate the teammates, ensuring 100% accuracy of work;
  • Ensure all direct reports have strong product knowledge and job competencies; and
  • Being a part of a great team and loving what you do!

To be in the running for this dream role you will need:

  • Ability to build strong relationships with key accounts;
  • Demonstrated ability to drive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines;
  • Well organized, ability to manage multitask roles & prioritize;
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, strategic & creative problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills face to face, over email or phone;
  • Excellent general cultural knowledge & good academic background desired degree preferred in any subject;
  • Excellent English both written and oral essential.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the hotel/travel (or relevant) industry, especially within B2B, OTA channels, is preferred;
  • Ability to analyze large sets of data in order to uncover previously missed opportunities is required;
  • Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence both external / internal stakeholders preferred; and
  • Excellent English both written and oral essential.
